Shipping of Cremated Remains

All cremated remains (ashes) must be shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS) using their Priority Mail Express service. This is the only legal method for shipping cremated remains within the United States.

Shipping Methods and Costs

1. Cremated Remains:
   • Carrier: USPS Priority Mail Express
   • Cost: Shipping costs for cremated remains will be calculated at the time of purchase and will include all necessary fees for secure and legal transport.

1. Other Products (Urns, Jewelry, etc.):
   • Carriers: USPS, UPS, FedEx
   • Cost: Shipping costs for other products will be calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of the package.

Processing Time

• Cremated Remains: Orders for the shipment of cremated remains will be processed within 2-3 business days after all necessary documentation and approvals are received.
• Other Products: Orders for other products will be processed within 1-2 business days.

Tracking and Delivery

• Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. This will allow you to monitor the progress of your shipment.
• Delivery Time: Delivery times may vary based on the shipping method selected and the destination. USPS Priority Mail Express typically delivers within 1-2 business days.

Packaging

• Cremated Remains: Cremated remains will be packaged securely in accordance with USPS regulations, including the use of a durable outer container and cushioning materials to prevent movement during transit.
• Other Products: All other products will be packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

Shipping Restrictions

• We only ship cremated remains within the United States.
• International shipping is not available for cremated remains.
